Abstract:
Ummul Hairi. 2021. The Effect of Transformational Leadership Style,
Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the
Environment and Forestry Service of Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Mashur
Razak and Harlindah Harniati Arfan.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Transformational
Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation on Improving
Employee Performance in the Environment and Forestry Service of Selayar Islands
Regency.
The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive
approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data generated from
distributing questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical tool used is
statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis method with proof of the
hypothesis through the t-test to prove the relationship between the independent
variable and the dependent variable partially and the F-test to prove the relationship
between the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously.
This study shows a positive and partially significant influence between the
variables of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work
Motivation on Employee Performance of the Environment and Forestry Service
Office of Selayar Islands Regency. This study also shows that there is a positive and
significant influence between the variables of Transformational Leadership Style,
Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously on the Employee
Performance of the Environment and Forestry Service Office of Selayar Islands
Regency. The Transformational Leadership Style is the most dominant variable
affecting the employee performance of the Environment and Forestry Service of
Selayar Islands Regency.
