This study aims to analyze the partial effect of transparency,
accountability and integrity on the performance of financial management at the
Regional Financial Management Agency Office of Takalar Regency, and to analyze
the simultaneous effect of transparency, accountability, and integrity on employee
performance at the regional financial management agency office of Takalar and to
find out and analyze which variables have a dominant effect on employee
performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency Office of Takalar
Regency.
The results showed that transparency had a positive and significant effect
on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency Office of
Takalar Regency. Accountability has a positive and insignificant effect on
employee performance, while work integrity has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency Office of
Takalar Regency. Integrity variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on
employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency Office of
Takalar Regency.
