The Effect of Leadership, Individual Characteristics and Motivation on ASN Work Effectiveness at the Bantaeng Regency Regional Secretariat, suvervised by Ahmad Firman and Asniwati. This study aims (1) to determine an analyze the effect of leadership, individual characteristics, and motivation on the work Effectiveness of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng Regency. (4). To analyze the effect of leadership, individual characteristics and motivation simultaneously on the Work Effectiveness of the State Civil Apparatus at the Secretariat of Bantaeng District. (5). To analyze the dominant variables affecting the Work Effectiveness of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng District. This research approach uses a quantitative approach carried out at the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng Regency with a total population of 103 people. The sampling technique in this study was proportional and obtained a total sample of 82 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicated that (1) Leadership partially has no significant effect on the effectiveness of ASN at the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng Regency (2) Individual characteristics and Motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of ASN work at the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng Regency (3) Leadership, individual characteristics and motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the work effectiveness of ASN at the Regional Secretariat of Bantaeng Regency (4) The most dominant variable affects work effectiveness (Y) of the three independent variables, namely motivation. en_US
