Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PDAM Kota Parepare,

This study aims to examine and analyze (1) the partial effect of the quality of
human resources on employee performance (2) the partial effect of organizational
culture on employee performance (3) the partial effect of work discipline on employee
performance (4) the effect of the quality of human resources, organizational culture
and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance.
The research sample was 31 respondents from 124 employees at PDAM
Parepare City. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed
using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression.
The results showed that (1) the quality of human resources partially has no
effect on employee performance (2) Organizational culture partially affects employee
performance (3) Work discipline partially affects employee performance (4) Quality
of human resources, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously affect
employee performance.
