The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the effect of partial and
simultaneous commitment, motivation and compensation on employee performance
at the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office (2) The dominant variable
affecting employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office.
The population in this study were all employees at the Pangkep Regency Spatial
Planning Office with 37 employees. The sample used in this study is the entire
population of 37 people because the population is under 100.
This research is a quantitative descriptive research with survey method.
Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive
statistics and multiple linear regression.
The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a partial influence of
commitment, motivation and compensation on employee performance at the
Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office (2) There is a joint influence of
commitment, motivation and compensation on employee performance at the
Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office. (3) Motivation is the most dominant
variable affecting employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning
Service.
