Covid-19 Period in the Cluster of SDN 5 Lembang Cina Bantaeng (supervised by

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of teacher competence,
parental involvement and principal policies as intervening variables on the effectiveness
of learning during the Covid-19 period in the Cluster SDN 5 Lembang Cina Bantaeng.
This research approach uses quantitative research. This research was conducted at the
Cluster SDN 5 Lembang Cina bantaeng. When the research was conducted from April to
May 2020. The research population was core teachers (PNS) within the Cluster SDN 5
Lembang Cina Bantaeng consisting of SDN 2 Lembang Cina, SD Inpres Teladan
Merpati, SDN 8 Kalimbaung, SDN 5 Lembang Cina, SDN 3 Lembang. China and SD
Inpres Jagong totaling 36 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out by a
survey method that took a sample from one population and the main data collection tool
in the form of a questionnaire, with certain criteria. Where the criteria for respondents
determined in this study are respondents who teach core teachers in schools within the
scope of the Cluster SDN 5 Lembang Cina Bantaeng who have the status of civil servants.
Because of the study of all the population of core civil servant teachers from
six schools, within the scope of the Cluster SDN 5 Lembang Cina Bantaeng are totaled 36
people.The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is not a positive and significant
effect of teacher competence on the effectiveness of learning during the Covid-19 period
in the Cluster SDN 5 Lembang Cina Bantaeng. 2) There is not a positive and significant
effect of parental involvement on the effectiveness of Covid-19 Learning in the SDN 5
Lembang Cina Bantaeng Cluster. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of the
Principal's policy on the effectiveness of Covid-19 Learning in the SDN 5 Lembang Cina
Bantaeng Cluster. 4) There is a positive and significant simultaneously influence between
teacher competence, parental involvement and principal policies on the effectiveness of
learning during the Covid-19 period in the Cluster SDN 5 Lembang Cina Bantaeng.
