This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, discipline, and motivation
partially on the performance of employees at the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning
Office and to determine the simultaneous influence of leadership, discipline, and
motivation on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office
and to determine the dominant variables that influence on Employee Performance at the
Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office, South Sulawesi
The results of the study show that based on the results of the partial test (T-test)
Leadership, Discipline had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at
the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office. Meanwhile, based on the results of the
simultaneous test (Test-F), it shows that Leadership, Discipline, Motivation have a
positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Spatial
Planning Office. South Sulawesi and motivational variables have a positive and
significant effect on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning
Office. South Sulawesi.
While the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance are
motivational variables with a standard beta coefficient value of
0.491 with a significance level of 0.032 and magnitude of the contribution of the influence
of leadership, discipline, and motivation variables with an R Square value of 37.8%. The
remaining 62.2 is influenced by other variables not examined in this study including work
atmosphere, work environment, and career development.
