Husbaniah. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Work Environment and
Organizational Culture on Work Ethics of MTSN 1 Polewali Mandar Employees,
Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Asri.
This study aims to (1) analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and
organizational culture partially on the Work Ethic of MTSN 1 Polewali Mandara
Employees, Polewali Mandar Regency (2) to analyze the influence of leadership,
work environment and organizational culture simultaneously on the Work Ethic of
MTSN 1 Polewali employees. Mandara, Polewali Mandar Regency (3) analyzes
which variable has the most dominant influence on the Work Ethic of MTSN 1
Polewali Mandar Employees, Polewali Mandar Regency. This research was
conducted on the staff of MTSN 1 Polewali Mandar, Polewali Mandar Regency.
The population used in this study were all employees of MTSN 1 Polewali
Mandar, Polewali Mandar Regency totaling 33 employees. Because the
population is the same as the respondent, this research can be classified as a
population study. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Taken together, the three factors or
variables that become the research analysis, namely the factors of leadership,
work environment, and organizational culture have a significant and significant
influence on the work ethic of MTSN 1 Polewali Mandar employees, Polewali
Mandar Regency (2 ) Individually or partially, that the factors of leadership, work
environment, and organizational culture have a significant or significant
influence on the performance of MTSN 1 Polewali Mandar employees, Polewali
Mandar Regency (3) Of the three factors, the most dominant factor is the
environment work, then followed by Leadership in the second position, and the
last is Organizational Culture Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, and
Organizational Culture and Employee Work Ethic.
