Abstract:
MULIYATI (2019MM12499). The Effect of Information Technology, Motivation and
Competence on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Pinrang Regency Community
and Village Empowerment Service Guided By Saban Echdar And Saripuddin D
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of information
technology, motivation and competence on the performance of civil servants at the
Pinrang Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service.
This research design uses survey research that takes a sample from one population and
uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was conducted at the
Pinrang Regency Community and Village Empowerment Office. The population in the
study were all civil servants of the Pinrang Regency Community and Village
Empowerment Service, totaling 35 people. The sampling technique used in this research
is census sampling or saturated sample, ie the number of samples is the entire population.
The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. Data analysis used multiple
linear regression analysis.
The results showed that Information technology (X1) was t arithmetic 2.031 > t
table 2.30, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Pinrang
Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The results show that the
motivation (X2) of t count 2,258 > t table 2,030, has a positive and significant effect on
the performance of the employees of the Pinrang Regency Community and Village
Empowerment Service. The results show that the competence (X3) of t count 2.118 > t
table 2.030, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Pinrang
Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. Information Technology,
motivation and competence of F count 13,698 > F table 2,911, have a simultaneous effect
on employee performance at the Pinrang Regency Community and Village Empowerment
Service. The partial test results show that the motivation variable (X1) t count is 2,258
which is the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Pinrang Regency
Community and Village Empowerment Service.
