Abstract:

Teacher Performance in the 45 Tombolo Elementary School Cluster, Gantarangkeke

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of certification, work climate,
and work motivation on teacher performance in the 45 Tombolo Elementary School
Cluster, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The time of the study was
carried out from May to June 2020. The research population was all teachers in the 45
Kuncio Elementary School cluster, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency, totaling
44 people. The sample of this study is the total sample, namely the entire population of 44
people.
The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive effect of certification on
teacher performance in the Cluster of SD Negeri 45 Tombolo, Gantarangkeke District,
Bantaeng Regency. 2) There is a positive influence of the economic condition of parents
on teacher performance in the 45 Tombolo Elementary School Cluster, Gantarangkeke
District, Bantaeng Regency. 3) There is a positive influence of parental motivation on
achievement on teacher performance in the 45 Tombolo Elementary School Cluster,
Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency. 4) There is a positive influence of
Certification, Work Climate, and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance in the
Cluster of SD Negeri 45 Tombolo, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency. This
means that simultaneously independent variables (Certification, Work Climate, and Work
Motivation) Affect Teacher Performance in the Cluster SD Negeri 45 Tombolo,
Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency.
